This program is only for current Dirtbag players, upon completion of this program your player will earn a S.T.U.D. patch to add to his jersey.
During this 4 week program we will focus on strength and agility, diet and exercise routines, breaking down mechanics of hitting and pitching, Baseball IQ, and arm health.
Players will be required to keep a journal of what we cover in the program, showing this completed journal at the last meeting will earn them the S.T.U.D. patch.
