The fall of 2011 has brought the NTXBC an opportunity to outfit the indoor facility with A/C and HEAT. We hope to have this work completed by December 15, 2011. A special thanks to Mike Davis, a new club member who has generously donated this to the club.
The North Texas Baseball Club is improving its training facilities as a result of a Corporate Contribution. The club has built two outdoor batting cages, two new and improved bullpens with backstops and two soft toss areas at each field with nets. We look forward to seeing the kids working out with these new facilities in the months to come.
The NTXBC has built its own indoor and outdoor practice facilities for our club teams.
Currently the NTXBC has three (3) indoor hitting and pitching lanes capable of providing multiple stations for simultaneous hitting drills. The NTXBC has plans to expand our outdoor facilty to include an improved netted bullpen and soft toss areas. The indoor facility is co-located with our outdoor baseball fields.
The NTXBC has also built a full size baseball field able to accomodate all age groups through high school. There is an additional practice field which will also be fully functional for the 2011 season. Both fields are completely irrigated and sodded with 419 sport tiff bermuda grass. The infield clay is specially formulated for baseball diamonds. There is adequate parking and fences lining the fields.
