North Texas Baseball Club, Inc.

Patrick Woods is the Director of Coaching for the NTXBC and is the head coach for the 2009 10U AAA, 2010 11U AAA & 2011 12U Major Yard Dawgs.

Coach Woods coached a combined 10 years at Oxnard Junior College in Oxnard, CA and Hill Junior College in Hillsboro,TX. While a coach at Oxnard he was named WSC Junior College Coach of the Year in 1999.

Coach Woods has been able to develop over 25 of his previous players to the level of achieving NCAA division I scholarships and at least 10 have played Major League baseball.

Jack Wilson - Texas Tech - Drafted by Cardinals, played shortstop for the Pirates for 9.5 years and currently plays shortstop for the Mariners

Josh Towers - Texas Tech - Drafted by the Orioles and starting pitcher for Blue Jays

Dana Eveland - Drafted by Brewers - also played on Diamond Backs & A's

Nick Bott - University of Houston

Jeff Janzen - University of Southeast Louisiana

Brad Hulsey - University of Texas - Drafted by the Yankees

Andy Wilson (Jack's brother) - University of Arkansas - signed w/Padres

Eric Farias - Southern Mississippi

Luke Muntz - Drafted by Nationals straight from Junior college

Brian Downing - University of Nebraska

Mike Muller - University of Miami

Nick Frank - Long Beach State

Chuck Herrington - New Mexico University - Drafted by Astros

Coach Pat's goal for the NTXBC is to develop hard working youth baseball players up to a level where they will play for and lead their high school varsity baseball teams and college baseball teams.
